Our Start

In 1985 LTL Builders entered the scene as a home builder and remodelling company with the initials belong to Larry, Tim, and Lil. Following the success of the building company, 1993 ushered in LTL Realty. The family of businesses was growing. Over 30 years later, LTL Builders retired when Larry retired, but LTL Realty is bringing on the next generation.

Current Day
Incorporating literally decades of success with the latest information and data gathering, we pride ourselves on bringing clients the “A-game” every time. We handle each client as individuals with unique situations and goals. We see advertising as necessary, but word of mouth is…irreplaceable.
