'The' Process

STAGE 1: Initial Contact

  • Introductions and intentions.
  • Information About Brokerage Services (IABS) …required by law
  • Marketing publishing (Appropriate MLS regions; SABOR, CTX)

STAGE 2: Value and Pricing Strategy

  • Local analysis of recently sold properties of ‘like’ configuration (os as close as possible).
  • Analysis of trends in local real estate market.
  • Explanation of Broker fees (both buying and selling)

STAGE 3: Listing Agreement

  • Listing Agreement for property.
  • Identify additional Addendums
  • Routine follow ups with statuses and updates
  • If necessary, revisit pricing strategy

STAGE 4: Negotiation

  • Listing Agreement for property.
  • Identify additional Addendums
  • Routine follow ups with statuses and updates
  • If necessary, revisit pricing strategy

STAGE 5: Closing

  • Finalize all paperwork, signatures, payments, etc
